Caddo Heights Elementary, our very own 4th grader from Ms. King's class is on his way to state! March 31, 2009, JaMarqueza competed in the Caddo Parish Elementary Fitness Meet. The competition consisted of pull-up, curl-ups, 50yd dash, 600yd run, sit and reach, and standing broad jump. JaMarquez finished second overall in Caddo Parish, and will go on to represent the parish in Lafayette in April. Go Eagles!
On a serious note, all students make sure and do your very best on the Leap & ILeap Test this week. Use your strategies, and remember, "I Am, I Can, I Will."
